Put turn the Join messages off, if a hacker is on the server and no admins is on. Admin comes and the hacker sees it and goes away- I know that they will see the: Junior Administrator blaa blaa blaa is now ON Administration duty, please bla bla bla contact. But for the admin will be still time to write /ban 23 ;D
